Enkhchimeg Sharav is the founder of IENI, a dedicated educator, global education enthusiast, entrepreneur, and researcher. With more than 18 years of experience in both secondary and higher education in the USA, she has contributed to several federal grant projects. These include Montana Teachers of English Language Learners project, Fulbright Teaching Excellence and Achievement program and the Middle East Partnership Initiative programs at MSU.

Throughout her career, Enkhchimeg has been committed to advancing knowledge and research, driven by a passion for fostering growth and creating opportunities for individuals. Her work has made a lasting impact, enriching lives through educational initiatives aligned with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. ​

Janelle Rasmussen serves as the Director of International Training at Montana State University (MSU), drawing upon over twenty years of experience in global education. In this capacity, she oversees a diverse portfolio of programs dedicated to fostering international exchange and professional development. Notable among these are several U.S. State Department-funded initiatives, including the International Leaders in Education Program (ILEP), Teaching Excellence and Achievement (TEA), and the Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI) Student Leaders Program. Janelle's influence extends beyond her role at MSU through her involvement with NAFSA, where she serves as one of three Representatives to the United Nations, reflecting her commitment to global education and leadership. 

Dr. Tran Nguyet Que has more than two decades of professional experience in international higher education including Vietnam, the Netherlands, Ireland, and the US. She has executed several projects from study abroad program design, study-abroad coordination, field-trip planning and organization, and marketing activities, to international cooperation, marketing strategic development, STEM education research, and human development. Dr. Tran is a lecturer in human resource management at RMIT Vietnam. She holds a Ph.D. in Education from Montana State University, and an M.Sc. in Marketing from University College Dublin, Ireland. 

Miracle is a high school physics teacher with 8 years of teaching experience. In addition to this experience, Miracle has also worked as a graduate research and teaching assistant at Montana State University, where he is currently enrolled in a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction program. His research interests lie within the broad category of STEM education, and his most recent work focuses on students' engineering identity formation. Miracle is interested in utilizing his prior teaching and research-related experiences and skills to have a broader impact on the professional growth of teachers.

­­­­Dr. Sevda Budak has extensive experience in the field of English as a Second Language teaching and Teacher Education both at the national and international setting. Throughout her academic career, she has been fascinated with language teacher cognition; therefore, she conducted research to explore teacher mindset and practices in natural classrooms with students who are linguistically, ethnically and culturally diverse.  

As a result of her research studies, teaching, supervising, and coaching experiences, she has broad knowledge regarding the interplay of teacher thinking and practice in natural classrooms with a diverse student population. Being cognizant of the value of educational equity, she appreciates being a part of the teaching and learning community with a continuous desire to help augment teacher and student learning experiences in multi-lingual environments. She is an inquisitive, eternal learner, and an advocate of all-inclusive education.
