Our board consists of a group of seasoned educators who recognized the need for an organization dedicated to empowering individuals to learn, grow, and connect on a global scale. Our initiatives are designed to benefit children and people from diverse backgrounds, promoting cross-cultural understanding, facilitating collaboration, and creating opportunities for quality education to foster their personal and professional development. We also advocate for the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.

Founder, Executive Director
Enkhchimeg Sharav
Enkhchimeg Sharav is a founder of IENI, a dedicated educator, entrepreneur, and an esteemed researcher in the education field. With over 17 years of extensive experience, she has demonstrated her skills in various education levels, ranging from secondary education to higher education in the USA. Her passion for fostering knowledge, and research has been the driving force behind the success of her career, enriching the lives of individuals through transformative educational initiatives in line with the Sustainable Development Goals.

Que Tran
Dr. Tran Nguyet Que has more than two decades of professional experience in international higher education including Vietnam, the Netherlands, Ireland, and the US. She has executed several projects from study abroad program design, study-abroad coordination, field-trip planning and organization, and marketing activities, to international cooperation, marketing strategic development, STEM education research, and human development. Dr. Tran is a lecturer in human resource management at RMIT Vietnam. She holds a Ph.D. in Education from Montana State University, and an M.Sc. in Marketing from University College Dublin.

Janelle Rasmussen
Janelle Rasmussen serves as the Director of International Training at Montana State University (MSU), drawing upon over twenty years of experience in global education. In this capacity, she oversees a diverse portfolio of programs dedicated to fostering international exchange and professional development. Notable among these are several U.S. State Department-funded initiatives, including the International Leaders in Education Program (ILEP), Teaching Excellence and Achievement (TEA), and the Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI) Student Leaders Program. Janelle's influence extends beyond her role at MSU through her involvement with NAFSA, where she serves as one of three Representatives to the United Nations, reflecting her commitment to global education and leadership.
